1. Who we are

Celumin is a software brand operated by Chien-Shan Lin, a sole proprietor based in Taiwan. For anything about your data, write to contact@celumin.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account: email, display name, customer number, the language for our emails, and your password stored only in scrambled (hashed) form — we cannot read it.
  • Orders and licenses: what you bought (edition, cameras, mount brands, extra computers) and your order numbers.
  • Computers: for each computer you activate, a computer code and a computer name (you can choose the name).
  • Downloads: when you download, and whether it completed.
  • Files you upload: test reports and tracking logs. They contain your equipment models, connection type, measured numbers (such as read times and tracking error) and firmware versions. They do not contain your photos.

3. When the Celumin program goes online

  • When you press "Activate": it sends the computer code, computer name and license number, and receives your license file.
  • When it starts: it downloads the list of direct-connection mounts and Earth-rotation data. It sends nothing about you.
  • Test reports are sent only when you press the button, and the program shows you what will be sent first.
  • Your photos stay on your computer. The program never uploads them.

4. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card or payment details — Paddle.com handles payment and billing under its own privacy policy. We use no advertising or analytics trackers, and our website does not keep logs of your visits.

5. Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in: it lasts 30 days if you tick "Keep me signed in", otherwise it ends when you close the browser. Your language choice is saved in your own browser. Nothing else.

6. Why we use it

To run your account, deliver and protect your license, send account emails (such as email verification), support you, decide refunds, and improve the list of supported equipment. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

7. Who else handles it

  • Paddle.com — payment, invoices and tax.
  • Google (Gmail) — sending our emails.
  • Tencent Cloud — our server in Hong Kong.

8. Where and how long

  • Your data is stored on our server in Hong Kong. Daily backups are kept for 14 days.
  • We keep it while your account exists.
  • Accounts that are not email-verified within 7 days, and have no orders or uploads, are deleted automatically.
  • When you delete your account, your data is removed; copies in backups disappear within 14 days. Order records needed for refunds and payment disputes may be kept longer.
  • Your email is never shown to anyone. Your display name is not public now; if we open a forum later, it will be shown there.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data at contact@celumin.com. Deleting your account cancels your licenses.

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.

3. Celumin 程序什么时候连网

  • 按「启用」时：送出电脑编号、电脑名称与授权序号，取回你的授权文件。
  • 开程序时：下载直连架台清单与地球自转资料，不送出任何关于你的资料。
  • 检测报告只有在你按下按钮时才送出，送出前程序会先列出要送什么。
  • 你拍的照片留在你的电脑里，程序不会上传。

4. 我们不收集什么

我们看不到也不保存你的卡号或付款资料——付款与账单由 Paddle.com 依它的隐私政策处理。我们不用广告或流量分析追踪，网站也不记录你的浏览纪录。

只有一个 Cookie 让你保持登录：勾「记住我」保留 30 天，没勾就在关闭浏览器时结束。你选的语言存在你自己的浏览器里。没有其他用途。

  • 腾讯云——我们在香港的服务器。

8. 存放位置与期限

  • 资料存在我们位于香港的服务器，每天备份，备份保留 14 天。
  • 账号存在期间都会保留。
  • 注册 7 天内没验证邮箱、也没有订单或上传的账号，会自动删除。
  • 你删除账号后，资料会删除，备份里的副本 14 天内消失。为了处理退款与付款争议，订单记录可能保留较久。
  • 你的邮箱绝不公开。显示名称目前不公开；以后如果开论坛，会在论坛上显示。

9. 你的权利

你可以写信到 contact@celumin.com，要求查看、更正、导出或删除你的资料。删除账号会一并取消你的授权。
