1. Who we are
Celumin is a software brand operated by Chien-Shan Lin, a sole proprietor based in Taiwan ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@celumin.com.
2. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for payments. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your payment.
3. Your license
- A license is for one person. It covers the camera model(s) you purchased and the computers you register (up to 2 at a time). Any mount can be used through ASCOM; direct mount connection is limited to the mount brand(s) you purchased.
- Your copy is tied to your account. Do not share your account, password or program with others.
- You may not resell, rent, copy for others, reverse-engineer, or remove the license checks of the software.
4. Equipment and safe use
- Run the free equipment test before buying. Results depend on your mount, camera, computer and conditions.
- The software moves your mount automatically. Stay with your equipment while it runs. If you turn off mount safety limits as described in our guide, you do so at your own risk.
- Never point a telescope or camera at the Sun without a proper solar filter.
5. Updates
We may release fixes and updates. Features may change between versions.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to equipment, lost images or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
7. Termination
We may disable a license or account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or cracking the software.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

2. 购买
订单由我们的线上经销商 Paddle.com 处理。Paddle.com 是所有订单的记录商家（Merchant of Record），负责付款相关的客服与退款。付款适用 Paddle 的买家条款。
3. 授权
- 一份授权限一人使用，包含你购买的相机型号，以及你登记的电脑（同时最多 2 台）。所有架台都可经 ASCOM 使用；架台直连只限你购买的架台品牌。
- 你的程序绑定你的账号。请勿把账号、密码或程序给别人使用。
- 不得转卖、出租、替他人复制、反向工程，或移除软件的授权检查。
4. 设备与安全
- 购买前请先跑免费测试。结果取决于你的架台、相机、电脑与环境。
- 软件会自动驱动架台，运行时请留在设备旁。若依说明书关闭架台的保护限制，风险由你自行承担。
- 没有合格的太阳滤镜，绝对不要把望远镜或相机对准太阳。
5. 更新
我们可能发布修正与更新，各版本的功能可能不同。
6. 不保证与责任限制
软件按"现状"提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不负责设备损坏、影像遗失或间接损失，赔偿总额以你购买授权所付金额为上限。
7. 终止
违反本条款（例如分享或破解软件）的授权或账号，我们可以停用。
8. 适用法律
本条款适用台湾法律。本条款不影响你依所在地消费者法律享有的权利。
